This innovative approach takes the previous unstructured sabbatical format and shifts it to include opportunities for participants to reconnect with what matters and revitalize their  and their team’s effectiveness and contributions.

The program design was influenced by Juli’s 30+ years of first-hand corporate experience.  She witnessed ecosystems becoming ill-equipped to navigate the future of work. She knew there had to be a better way. She leaned into her continuing education and certifications focused on people, systems, education, and technology to build a truly comprehensive program. Additionally, Juli incorporated learnings and pro tips from top leadership coaches and thought leaders to ensure the program was well-rounded and inspiring enough to demonstrate increased capacity – not just for one person – but in the future of work for all.
